This Privacy Policy explains how Palmer Bookmaking Pty Ltd (ABN 89 154 794 411), operator of PALMERBETT, handles your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Information we collect
- Identity & contact — name, date of birth, address, email, phone.
- Verification — ID documents and information needed to confirm your age and identity.
- Financial — payment method details, deposits, withdrawals and betting transactions.
- Activity — bets placed, markets viewed, responsible-gambling settings.
- Technical — device, browser, IP address and approximate location (to confirm you are in Australia).
2. Why we collect, use and hold it
- To open and run your account, accept bets and process payments.
- To meet legal obligations — age and identity verification, anti-money-laundering, tax and regulator reporting.
- To protect against fraud, collusion and market manipulation.

3. Who we share it with

7. Marketing & your choices

8. How we protect your information
We use encryption, access controls and other technical and organisational measures to protect your information. If a data breach likely to cause serious harm occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
9. Under-18s
Our services are strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we will close it and delete the associated data.
